Ordering Process:

a. Decide and order the planter type required,  or parts to convert an existing
    planter.

b. Decide the type of tape required, Hydro, Paper or Cotton.

c. Decide the spacing between seeds or groups of seeds. 

d. If multiple spools and multiple spacings for one seed variety or different
    varieties are required, instruct us accordingly. Your written instruction
    are preferred.

e. Seeds.
i.  Send us your seed.
ii. Seed can be delivered directly from your seed supplier.
iii. We can source and supply the seed required with credit approval.

Preferably email us to advise the seed is on it's way and tell us your taping
instructions. 

f.  Lead time, typical estimate for approved account customers, as follows:
        i.   Seed taping lead time to process is within 2 to 3 days of receipt
             of the seed.
        ii.  Planting machines, stocked item, within 5 days.
        iii. Made to order planters, to be discussed.

g. Delivery.

We post the seeded tape and hand planters by Australia Post.
We register the parcel for tracking purposes.

Larger planters are sent by appropriate transport companies. 

h. Packaging:
All spools are placed in a plastic bag and boxed.
Planters are packed either in a cardboard box or palletized, wrapped and strapped.
